Live event · 14–15 May 2026
The two-day clinical education event for GPs and primary-care teams — 38 case-led sessions across six specialties, live in Manchester and streamed everywhere.
Now in its ninth year, MIMS Learning Live brings the clinical update out of the journal and into a format built for people who actually run clinics.
Every session is case-led and consultant-delivered, with a firm rule the programme committee enforces each year: no talk leaves the audience without something they can use on Monday morning. Sessions run in parallel tracks so you can build a day around your own caseload, and everything is recorded — so a clash on the timetable never means a session missed.
This year's headline themes are cardiometabolic risk, the shift toward earlier prevention, and the practical realities of prescribing the newer agents inside a ten-minute appointment.
