The Letterbox banner: a single event promoted at full width (12C) on a fixed-height surface, the letterbox media container defining the background the block sits on. All Essentials content is centralised in the container. Letterbox is the group's first container; the fixed height is anchored to the standard media containers.

Notes
- Fixed height. The Letterbox banner holds a fixed height based on the standard media containers, so it reads as a consistent promotional band wherever it is placed.
- Media is the background. The letterbox media defines the container the block sits on. This is the distinction from a full-width FW Card, whose media is a discrete stacked or side-by-side element.
- Always 12C. A banner spans the full twelve content columns; content is centralised in the container.
- Open question. Breakpoint behaviour across sizes is not yet resolved and will be addressed separately.
