Building out

The photos within an album as a self-contained gallery. Two layout components, same photo cell, opposite geometry.

Which to use

Notes
  • Justified Rows is the default for album listings: rows read as one uniform grid, flush left and right, no photo cropped.
  • Masonry Grid is the alternative when a denser, browse-heavy wall is wanted and an uneven bottom edge is acceptable.
  • Both take photo[] and share the same photo cell (image, more affordance, sponsor watermark) and the fixed 16px gutter; only the packing differs.
  • Photos are never cropped in either; a photo's metadata lives in the Viewer.
