Finalising

Lock agenda, assets, rehearsals, and go/no-go.

The intent

Why this phase exists

Lock everything. Schedule, speakers, scripts, graphics, run order, backups. After this phase, nothing changes without a deliberate decision.

Exit gate

The schedule and speaker roster are locked, rehearsals are done, the graphics package is final, and we've defined the go/no-go criteria for the day.

C

What the client gets

Delivered

A locked, rehearsed event. Everyone who's running it knows the run order, the cues and the escalation path. No loose ends going into the day.

D

The safeguard

What could go wrong

A last-minute change on the day breaks something we'd already tested.

Why it won't

The configuration is frozen at Finalising. Change after this point is a decision with an owner, not a scramble.
